The Treatment
What Is Temple Filler (HA-Based) and How Does It Work?
Temple filler involves the precise injection of hyaluronic acid into the temporal hollow — the area between the brow and the hairline. The filler is placed into appropriate layers of tissue, either deep along the bone or more superficially within the subcutaneous plane, depending on your anatomical needs.
This replenishes lost volume, supports the lateral brow, and creates a smooth, youthful contour across the upper face. Techniques are customised to ensure natural integration with your facial structure, minimising risks while maximising lift and balance.
Filler Profile and Selection
At Asimont Clinic, we offer a carefully curated range of hyaluronic acid fillers suitable for temple correction. Each formulation is selected based on volumising capacity, cohesiveness, and tissue adaptability — to achieve smooth integration and long-lasting support in this anatomically sensitive area.
• Option A is a firm, high-density filler from Sweden. It is often used for deep temple hollows requiring structured lift and foundational volume.
Estimated longevity: 12 to 18 months
• Option B is a dense, cohesive filler developed in France. It is suited for refining the temple curve and providing lift along the lateral brow and outer orbital area. Estimated longevity: 18 to 24 months
• Option C is a softer, pliable filler also from France. It is ideal for gentle surface smoothing and soft tissue blending, especially when only minor correction is required. Estimated longevity: 12 to 15 months
Filler Selection Based on Goals:
• For deep volume restoration, Option A is preferred
• For precise shaping and lateral brow support, Option B is recommended
• For refined blending and soft transitions, Option C may be selected
All filler options are biocompatible, reversible, and administered under strict medical protocols by experienced doctors.
